Fundraising

Assisterr has been strategically capitalized to support long-term product development, infrastructure scaling, and ecosystem growth. To date, the project has raised over $2.8 million from leading Web3 investors and innovation-focused funds, including Outlier Ventures, Cointelegraph, Echo.xyz, and Taisu Ventures. Earlier rounds include a $1.7M pre-seed at a $25M valuation and a $720K strategic round at a $75M valuation. This financial backing has supported the development of core infrastructure, launch of the AI Lab and SLM Store, and testing of early monetization mechanics with real users.

Assisterr has also received funding from the Google for Startups Ukraine Support Fund — an initiative by Google to support promising early-stage ventures. This endorsement further validates the project's long-term potential and positions it among a select group of startups recognized for innovation and impact.
