Aethir A decentralized GPU compute platform designed for AI model training and deployment. Assisterr collaborates with Aethir to host and scale SLMs in a decentralized infrastructure, reducing reliance on centralized cloud providers.

Agent A deployable unit of intelligence based on a Specialized Language Model (SLM), designed for specific tasks or domains. Agents can be tokenized, monetized, and governed by communities.

Agent Coin A token associated with a specific AI Agent, used for community funding, staking, and ownership incentives within its mini-DAO.

Agent DAO A decentralized autonomous organization governing a specific AI agent. Token holders can vote on updates, treasury management, and incentive allocation.

Agent Orchestration The coordination of multiple agents working together across modular tasks to complete complex processes.

AI (Artificial Intelligence) A field of computer science focused on building systems that can perform tasks typically requiring human intelligence, such as language understanding, reasoning, and learning. In Assisterr, AI is deployed in the form of composable, task-specific language model agents.

AI Agent A specialized AI service created and deployed via Assisterr's infrastructure, either for public use or B2B integration.

AI Lab Assisterr’s no-code environment where creators build, configure, and deploy SLM-powered agents with datasets, prompt templates, and treasury parameters.

AI Store (SLM Store) The Assisterr marketplace where AI agents are published, discovered, queried, and monetized. Supports public access and API integration.

Airdrop A reward distribution mechanism providing tokens to users or contributors based on their participation, actions, or on-chain metrics.

$ASRR (Assisterr Token) The native utility token of the Assisterr ecosystem. $ASRR powers all core functions, including but not limited AI model creation, agent deployment, platform fees, contributor rewards, governance voting, staking, and others.

Audit Report A security assessment produced by a third-party firm, reviewing the correctness, safety, and reliability of smart contracts or infrastructure components.

B

B2B (Business-to-Business) A type of transaction or business model where products or services are sold from one business to another.

B2C (Business-to-Consumer) A business model where products or services are sold directly from a business to individual consumers.

B2B Agent Network A network of enterprise-facing agents launched by institutional users. These agents can be publicly accessible and backed by locked ASRR for operational sustainability.

Buyback and Burn A tokenomic mechanism where part of the platform revenue is used to purchase $ASRR from the market and permanently remove it from circulation, supporting deflation.

C

CEX (Centralized Exchange) A crypto trading platform operated by a centralized organization, where tokens like $ASRR are listed for public trading.

Chain Abstraction Integration of multi-chain functionality, enabling agents to operate across ecosystems through messaging layers like Wormhole or via native deployments.

Cliff A waiting period before someone can start receiving their vested tokens or benefits.

Contributor Any user who enhances models by providing datasets, validation, prompts, or feedback — typically rewarded in ASRR or agent-specific tokens.

Cross-Module Interaction Interoperation between different agent modules, allowing agents to call, trigger, or delegate tasks across multiple domains.

DAO (Decentralized Autonomous Organization) A governance framework enabled by smart contracts and token voting, allowing decentralized decision-making and community-driven treasury management.

Data Incentive Model The Assisterr model where users provide curated datasets in exchange for tokenized ownership and revenue-sharing rights in the agent that uses the data.

DeAI (Decentralized Artificial Intelligence) A movement toward AI systems that are open, community-driven, and governed via blockchain rather than centralized institutions.

DeFi (Decentralized Finance) Financial services like lending, borrowing, or trading built on blockchains without traditional banks.

DeFi Agent An agent specialized in decentralized finance — for tasks like trading strategies, yield optimization, wallet monitoring, and protocol analytics.

Dutch Auction A token sale method where the price starts high and decreases over time until a bid is placed — used for fair launch and funding of tokenized agents.

Ecosystem Expansion Assisterr’s strategy of integrating additional chains, infrastructure providers, and partners to extend the use of agents and ASRR tokens beyond Solana.

FDV (Fully Diluted Valuation) The projected market value of a tokenized agent or the platform if all tokens were in circulation.

Governance Token (MT / Management Token) A token issued during agent tokenization that grants holders the right to participate in decision-making, reward allocation, and proposal voting for that agent.

LLM (Large Language Model) A massive language model trained on vast text corpora, offering broad general capabilities but with limited adaptability and high operational costs.

LightLink An infrastructure partner offering gasless transactions for Web3 apps. Assisterr integrates LightLink to reduce friction in AI agent interactions, especially for non-crypto-native end users in SaaS and B2C use cases.

M

Mainnet The live production version of a blockchain where real-value transactions and smart contracts are executed.

Mixture of Agents (MoA) An architecture where multiple specialized SLM agents collaborate or compete to solve tasks — offering flexibility, fault-tolerance, and enhanced reasoning through decentralization.

Mixture of Experts (MoE) A model architecture in which different subnetworks (experts) are selectively activated based on input — increasing efficiency and specialization within a single model.

Modular Agent An agent composed of interchangeable SLM modules that can be combined for broader tasks or recursive logic workflows.

Monad A high-throughput Layer 1 blockchain under development, focused on parallel execution and performance. Assisterr is exploring compatibility with Monad for real-time AI agent deployments at scale.

NFT (Non-Fungible Token) A unique digital asset stored on a blockchain that represents ownership of a specific item, such as art, music, or virtual goods, and cannot be exchanged on a one-to-one basis like cryptocurrencies.

Prompt Template A predefined prompt structure used during agent creation to steer model outputs and guide its logic or tone.

Public Use Agent An agent made accessible to any user in the Assisterr ecosystem. Requires treasury funding to support ongoing interactions and compute usage.

RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) A technique where an AI model dynamically pulls external information (e.g., from databases or documents) to enhance the context and quality of its responses.

Revenue Sharing A tokenomic mechanic where income generated by an agent is proportionally distributed to contributors or token holders.

Roadmap The strategic timeline of development milestones.

RSS (Really Simple Syndication) A standardized web feed format used to publish frequently updated content such as news, blogs, or social media updates. In Assisterr, RSS feeds can be integrated into AI agents to enable real-time information monitoring and automated responses.

SaaS (Software as a Service) A software delivery model where applications are hosted by a provider and accessed by users over the internet, typically via a subscription. SaaS is usually accessed via a web application.

SLM (Specialized Language Model) A lightweight, specialized language model designed for efficient deployment and modular composition. Unlike general-purpose LLMs, SLMs are more efficient, customizable, and cost-effective — optimized to perform focused tasks in niche sectors. Used as the core unit in Assisterr AI agents.

Smart Contract A self-executing program on a blockchain that performs actions when conditions are met.

Social Plugins Connectors that allow agents to interface with social platforms (e.g., Telegram, X, LinkedIn) for publishing, automation, and user interaction.

Solana A high-performance blockchain platform known for low transaction costs and high throughput. Assisterr is natively built on Solana and uses its smart contract layer and SPL token standard for deploying agents, treasuries, and reward systems.

SPL (Solana Program Library) A set of standards and tools for creating tokens and smart contracts on the Solana blockchain. $ASRR is implemented as an SPL token, ensuring compatibility with wallets, DeFi protocols and infrastructure on Solana.

Staking The act of locking ASRR tokens to participate in governance, secure the network, or earn ecosystem-based rewards.

Tokenization The process of launching a model as a crypto asset — enabling governance, fundraising, and revenue sharing through treasury-linked tokens.

Treasury Model (ATM) Assisterr’s native framework for managing agent funding, token distribution, contributor incentives, and long-term governance via smart contracts.

TGE (Token Generation Event) The official launch of the $ASRR token into public markets, marking the transition into full ecosystem activation.

Unlock Percent The portion of tokens or rewards made available at a specific time or milestone.
